The Northridge Trailhead to the McKay Community Forest is located one and a half miles away, at the Northridge Road parking lot. Ride or drive to the hiking and biking trails that will take you through young and mature redwood forests. The cottage is also conveniently located 10 miles from Cal Poly Humboldt.
