The space Our cozy cottage is filled with comfortable furniture and beautiful finishes. There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the property both inside and out. Seasonal decor and fresh flowers are put out when possible. We love to leave our guests welcome treats from local spots in town. We hope you feel if we welcomed you into our own home! We do allow 1 pet now, but with permission. There is a pet fee as well. Please ask for approval. Guest access Keyless entry makes for easy check in and out. We are here to help if needed but you will enjoy the ease of check in. The entire property is open to you except for the one car garage which is used for owner's storage. YOU ARE REQUIRED to lock (and shut) the doors when you leave the property. Thank you! Other things to note YOUR PET IS NOW ALLOWED BUT ONLY WITH PERMISSION. There is a pet fee involved. Please ask for details. No events or parties of any kind. Please note there is a ring door bell at the front door facing the street and the front door area. It is on and recording for security purposes at all times. Please do not cover, attempt to dismantle or touch in and way. Please be respectful s No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. No more than 6 guests on property, special permission for additional guests with approval. All Guest are required to provide photo ID, minimum booking age is 30. If you have an event or gathering with our permission, you may be charged a find of $1,000. If you would like to have a small gathering, please ask. We have loaded this house with as many amenities as we could. Things we would want and things to make you feel at home. From extra towels and bedding, soaps and shampoos, a coffee bar, and the cottage pantry with basics for you to enjoy. There are plenty of wine glasses, whiskey glasses, and all the dishes, appliances, and coffee makers you need. Toaster, Mixer, Kurig, Nespresso Machine, Espresso maker, and french press coffee makers. (Some Coffee Pods included, ask for details prior to arrival if you will need a certain amount otherwise we will try to leave some for you to use). There is even an ice cream maker, a margarita machine, a frozen yogurt maker, and a nutra-bullet!
