New, modern, clean and airy duplex apartment, with 2 bedrooms, one being a queen box bed suite on the upper floor, one bedroom with two single box beds, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people, balcony with beautiful view of the mountains, wooden floor, electric heaters in the bedrooms, compact kitchen with basic utensils, great location, easy access just 800 meters from Centrinho, security, 2 covered parking spaces and elevator. Only for families and mature couples. The space The ground floor apartment has a TV room, fireplace and balcony, dining room, kitchen and a single double bedroom with two auxiliary beds, up the staircase, has the double suite with queen size bed. Other things to note I have 3 equal units available in the same condominium. Required to bring their bedding (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and face). We provide guests with duvets (4 single and 1 queen), microfiber blanket (6 single and 1 queen) and 6 pillows. MANDATORY to send a photo of the RG (front and back) and CPF or CNH of all guests (except for children under 12 years old, inform only full name and age), MODEL and LICENSE PLATE (maximum 2 vehicles) within 24 hours after booking confirmation. Information necessary for authorization of access to the condominium.
