Ideally located between sea and countryside, between heritage and leisure, you can share a relaxing and inspiring stay with family or friends. - Mont Saint-Michel -> 25 minutes - Granville - Cancale - Rennes -> 50 minutes - Saint-Malo -> 60 minutes - Avranches -> 20 minutes - Very close to the Vélomaritime route The space We have just acquired this estate, we share it with you as it seduced us, in this forgotten majesty that only asks to be revived! We offer you the main body of this house which has two parts. This is 130 square meters with its pointed arch entrance surmounted by a drip edge. Left as is, we took care to add all the comforts that a vacation stay requires. This house is on 2 levels: - On the ground floor, there is the main room, with a large fireplace (not usable), an open kitchen with basic equipment, a dining area and small armchairs for relaxation, a laundry room with a washing machine, a toilet with hand basin. - Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms each equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), sheets are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. On the landing, a small living area with a TV, a dressing area with wardrobe and a bathroom with sink, bathtub, bidet and toilet. Guests can fully enjoy the courtyard privately with its garden furniture and parasol as well as the barbecue. You will find some aromatic herbs near the door to enhance your cooking.
