This newly remodeled, clean charming home is equipped with all new furniture and bedding. Perfect for professionals, couples and families! The Space: Imagine a fun getaway with your closest friends, family in a newly updated home within 10 minutes from the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals home stadiums! With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a twin trundle, there is room to sleep eight adults with plenty of elbow room. The whole place is yours, with ample off-street parking available in the driveway. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a huge stainless steel refrigerator to cool down your libations for your very own private tailgate party in the driveway. It also comes complete with a toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a full-size stove with oven. Cutlery, plates, and cookware are also fully stocked. The living room is perfect for lounging, has a brand new Smart TV and a large picture window with lots of natural light. Did we mention the beds? You are guaranteed a good night’s sleep on either the king size or one of the two queen size beds and trundle beds with hotel-grade linens, upscale mattresses, and a plethora of pillows. For families with small children, just let us know and you’re welcome to use the Pack n' Play or kid’s toys, at no extra charge. Rental Registration: CD-SUP-2022-00026 Guest Access: The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Getting Around: A car is recommended to get to some downtown KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available. Other Things to Note: HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed. Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules.
