Valley View Cottage is a lovely village house in the heart of historic Honley. Ideal for a romantic get-away, or suitable for families or friends relaxing or exploring rural West Yorkshire. With craft beer and gin bars, traditional pubs, cool restaurants, history and countryside right on your doorstep. Valley View Cottage makes a cosy and indulgent base for whatever your perfect getaway looks like. The space Newly renovated in 2022, and furnished with attractive waxed pine furniture throughout, Valley View Cottage is a traditional stone built cottage with 21st century facilities and comfort as its top priority. Our guests appreciate the well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like fluffy white towels and bathrobes . The living room is super cosy, with cable TV, DVDs and big comfy sofas for a chilled night in. The dining room, leading off the kitchen easily seats six and gives views across Honley moor. The large dining table doubles as a battleground if you decide to take advantage of the board games in the cottage. The two first floor bedrooms each have a comfy Kingsize and double bed hanging space and drawers. Bedroom amenities include hairdryers, two USB charging outlets in each room and electric fans. The bathroom has WC, bath, basin and separate shower. You can sit and enjoy a tipple on the cottage’s cute flagged terrace (we have umbrellas if the weather calls for them!). Guest access The cottage and all its facilities are all yours during your stay - no sharing! Other things to note For chilling out at the cottage we have a great Broadband connection, Cable TV, DVD player and a selection of films, board games and paperbacks. The bathroom and bedrooms are on the first floor so the cottage is not suitable for people who can't climb stairs.
