Private off road parking for 2 cars with EV 7KW Car Charger (£chargeable). Parking in front of the property but is shard with our sister property one door down. The space Beechcroft property is a home away from home, we come here to relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air and be part of a seaside town. There is everything you need on the doorstep. We can park the car at the cottage and walk to the beach, the town or the harbour, or we can just pop to the pub or restaurants and wander home. There is no stress here, its our happy place. I hope it will be yours too. We have a sister property one door down so you can go away with close friends and family but not have to leave on top of each other. Other things to note Bunk beds for children under 15 only There is no gas in the property The property is heated by oil boiler Two parking spots at side of the property on driveway, please park close to the side of the property as there is right of access required down other side also there is an extra spot available outside on the road but this is shared with our sister property one door down.
