NO RESORT FEE Next to the two iconic towers of Palms Casino Resort, Palms Place lets you stay close to the excitement of Palms and the Las Vegas strip while having a retreat away from it all. This beautiful modern condo is located on the 18th floor with an outstanding Mountain View of Las Vegas. This space has 615 sqft of luxury living, fully furnished and equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Only a 5min drive to the strip, Allegiant Stadium, and China Town. Insta: @Palmsplacecondo The space This is a privately owned condo at Palms Place on the 18th floor. The condo is fully furnished with a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, desk, 42" TV, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cups, plates and silverware. The bathroom is marbled from top to bottom and is complete with a rainfall shower. The top part of the fridge is locked per the HOA. It is not a freezer. It used to be a mini bar prior to COVID. That service is no longer offered. Guest access The Palms Casino is adjacent to the the Palms Place. You do not have to exit the building to access the Palms Casino and their amenities. Palms Casino offers top-tier gaming and celebrity-chef owned restaurants. All of that and more just a few steps away from Palms Place over at Palms Casino Resort. Palms Casino can be accessed via the skytube (an enclosed passageway with two walkways that connect the two buildings) on the 2nd floor. The whole unit is available to you without supervision. Guests have full access to the pool, fitness center, and valet/self parking (24-Hour Parking & Security). The pool amenities are seasonal and may vary due to weather conditions. The pool amenities will open March, please inquire for more details. The seasonal Pool Hours will fluctuate based on daylight hours. The pool is subject to closures. Please inquire before booking if you have questions. Yoga, pilates, spin class, and personal training sessions are also offered for additional cost. Please check with the front desk concierge for fees and class schedules. Drift Spa is not currently open and currently under renovation.. **Please note if the amenities are closed or restricted for maintenance or required to close by law, hosts are not responsible for these amenities being closed during their guests stay. Other things to note This is a privately owned condo. There is no daily resort fee. You must be 21+ for check-in with a government issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation. Upon check-in, the front desk will request your credit or debit card (no prepaid cards or cash app card) on file for security deposit in case of incidentals or room service. Security deposit will be placed on hold by Palms Place for any additional charges such as room service and/or other incidentals. I do not collect this deposit, the hotel front desk does. It is their requirement. Security deposit will be released at checkout if no other charges were made to the room during the stay. Please message me if you have any questions regarding the deposit prior to booking. There is NO daily housekeeping. If you would like additional cleaning, change of linens, and extra towels during your stay you can request it with the front desk, for a fee. All additional services are paid directly to Palms Place during checkout. I do provide additional face towels located in the closet. No late check outs or checkins unless otherwise agreed.
