Polynesian style villa located on Tahiti, Composed of 2 fully equipped modules of 180m2, located a few meters from the lagoon of Paea, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private beach. It is also good to know that our host Deanna has two other houses in the same property: Fare Miki Miki (sleeps 4) by the sea and Fare Pitate (sleeps 4) located at the back of them. For more information, do not hesitate The space Two spaces: - a main villa of 160m2 with two air-conditioned bedrooms. Including the 1st bedroom with a bed of 180x190 and the second bedroom with two beds of 90x190 , two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and large terrace. -a bungalow 40 m2 adjoining with a bedroom with a bed of 160x190, a bathroom and dressing room. The villa is nestled in the charming town of Paea, just 22 minutes from Tahiti Faaa airport. With private access to the lagoon, a large fenced garden and a secure gate, the property offers a family and peaceful setting. You will find a well-stocked supermarket two minutes walk away, and a variety of amenities such as restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor, and other shops within a one kilometer radius. On the way from the airport to the villa, you will discover the Marina Tiana Supermarket (Punaauia), open 24/24, as well as the Mobil station (Punaauia), accessible 24/24. Guest access The Main House: For a reservation of 1 to 2 people per night: Room number 1 will be made available. It is equipped with a large bed for two people with its own bathroom and private toilet. Only this room will be prepared for your stay. For a reservation of 3 to 4 people per night: In addition to room number 1, room number 2 will also be available. It has two single beds, ideal to accommodate additional guests. Both rooms will be open and accessible. Common areas: You will have access to all the other rooms of the house as well as to the outdoor areas to fully enjoy your stay. The bungalow (numero3): For a reservation of 5 to 6 people: The bungalow will be open. It is equipped with a large double bed and a bathroom. The accommodation is independent with private parking, the entry into the premises is done in autonomous mode with a secure key box. The welcome booklet will be sent to you before your arrival to facilitate your installation. To join the villa, you have two options: Rent a car, recommended option to fully enjoy your stay in Tahiti, especially since two parking spaces are available. Take a taxi from the airport if you only need a transfer (about 6000 XPF per trip). If additional questions arise or if you need information about these other houses, do not hesitate to ask. Other things to note Tap water is not potable in the municipality of Paea. An outdoor shower will allow you to rinse off before lounging on our deckchairs and a barbecue will make your meals even tastier. A 1-seater kayak is at your disposal to enjoy the lagoon, but pay attention to the conditions because the lagoon can be bad. Towels, hair dryer and linens are provided. Shower gel and shampoo are available for your comfort. The villa is equipped with a washing machine and laundry that you can use at your convenience. We would like to remind you that electricity in French Polynesia represents a significant cost and that we count on your collaboration for a responsible use of electrical equipment, including air conditioning. We would like to thank you for: Use air conditioning only when you are present and at a reasonable temperature (ideally 26°C). Make sure to turn off electrical appliances and lights when you leave the home. Close doors and windows when air conditioning is on for better efficiency.
