Ocean View Home on Canal with Dock in South Bimini

Little Conch is a private home in South Bimini with amazing ocean views, large windows & sliding doors, wraparound wood porch & an 80-ft dock. There are 2 beaches to enjoy, one across the street & the other is a short 10 min walk. There are also incredible spots for snorkeling & fishing. Amenities: dishwasher, central ac, bath towels, washer/dryer, beach towels,bicycles, kayak. *Island life includes: frequent power outages, spotty WiFi, limited running water, insects, non-potable water. Other things to note Please take note of the following: - There are frequent power outages - WiFi can be spotty - There can be lots of mosquitos and insects at times. We recommend bringing your own insect repellent -There is a limited supply of running water. Please do not be wasteful when using the water. - There is a very small market with limited grocery items, and there are very few restaurants. Please make sure you bring enough food for the duration of your stay - The water that comes into the house is non-potable (not of drinking quality). Guests should bring sufficient drinking water. There is also a water filling station 1.5 miles down the main road
