Safety Your safety and the safety of our neighbors is important to us. Within the home a fire extinguisher is placed on the kitchen counter for ease of visibility and quick access. A smoker detector and carbon monoxide detector is also installed in the hallway. Outside a security light has been installed in the front yard, and the porch light is a dusk to dawn bulb ensuring the porch is always lit at night. We do have children and pets in the neighborhood and ask that you drive with caution. Livingroom A living room with a sofa sleeper, TV, recliner, natural lighting, and an open floor plan to the kitchen is the epitome of comfort and convenience. As you walk into the room, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light pouring in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The 50” Smart TV is mounted on the wall, positioned for optimal viewing from any seat in the room, and can be moved to ensure you have the perfect view. In between the chairs, there is a small table that is perfect for placing your drinks, books, or snacks. Parking and EV Charger The house comes with ample parking space for two or more vehicles. Whether you're bringing your family or a group of friends, you don't have to worry about finding a spot to park your cars. In addition to the private parking, the house also offers street parking. This means that your friends or family members who are visiting you can park their cars nearby without any trouble. But the best part about this vacation rental house is that it also comes with a level 1 EV charger. The front yard is well lit at night with a security light, the walk-way is lit and the front porch light is a dusk to dawn light so you can leave it on at all times to ensure the porch is well lit at night. The home is located at the end of a road so there isn't much traffic. As your hosts, we welcome you with open arms, but also respect your privacy and individuality. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease, and hope you enjoy your stay. My wife and I live next door and are always available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have during your stay. Whether you need a recommendation for a nearby restaurant or assistance with a minor issue in the rental, we are just steps or a text away. Property is located in Russell County about 15 mins from Downtown Columbus, Ga. Dollar General, Renfroes grocery, and waffle house are nearby. A vehicle is a must! As hosts who live next door we are constantly working to maintain or improve all of our properties. As a result, you may see us cutting grass, spraying for weeds and pest, pressure washing, etc. We try to plan these activities around our guests, but that isn't always possible. If you are in the area for work and work an irregular shift please let us know and we will be extra mindful when possible to ensure you are able to rest during the day.
