The deck is huge where you can relax with your significant other, have a glass of wine and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen 😎 This 275 ft.² beautifully designed tiny cabin has all the touches to make you feel like you’re in a Hip New York City apartment mixed with an old cabin in the woods. Beautiful real brick wall, dark wood, and large windows looking out into a beautiful forrest. You walk out onto a huge deck that overlooks a pond with Mountain Views that has some of the best sunsets you will ever see. Just a reminder that this tiny house has a LOFT BEDROOM, WITH ONLY 28 INCHES FROM BED TO CEILING and you will be required to climb up six floating steps into the loft. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO RAILING IN LOFT AREA.. You will see the floating stairs in the pictures 😎. There is very little storage space, so there are no extra blankets or pillows. Bed has QUEEN sheet set and comforter. If you are cold natured, please bring a blanket. There is no stove to bake anything, but there is a two burner cooktop that can be used to cook some breakfast or dinner. We also have a gas grill on the porch. WE provide Maxwell House coffee. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY BUT SINCE THIS IS A TINY HOME(275 SQ. FEET) PLEASE NO MORE THAN 1 LARGE DOG OR 2 SMALLS. If pets are left behind during your stay, please crate them. The property IS NOT fenced-in. Please read all HOUSE RULES THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CABIN MEANING NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE. IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED. The entire property is yours to hike! I have a couple properties in the area and I am only a phone call or text message away. This property is right across the road from Dupont State Forest. If you are coming up to mountain bike or hike you could not ask for a better place! Firepit area has firewood at your disposal where you can relax and take in some pretty cool views. The property is private, so you’ll be able to enjoy yourself with no highway or city noise. ROAD INTO PROPEETY IS NOT PAVED, GRAVEL ROAD. Please drive slow coming in to and out of property hidden drives and property owners walk. This is a 27 acre property for you to enjoy the sounds of birds chirping and frogs burping 😁
