This unique and attractive cottage sits in a wonderful location, with exceptional views across the stunning countryside all around, and it is ideally situated for exploring the Jurassic Coast and delights of West Dorset. The space With exceptional views across the Marshwood Vale, Ryall Hope Cottage is an attractive stone cottage with a wealth of character features. The well-appointed accommodation is perfect for couples or families to enjoy spending time together, with plenty of space for everyone. On the ground floor there is a semi-open plan layout with a double aspect sitting room with wood burning stove, a second sitting room/study, and a small conservatory area next to the kitchen. The characterful kitchen has a decorative Rayburn, and separate electric cooker and hob, a walk-in pantry and there is also a utility room. A family shower room completes the accommodation on the ground floor, and is accessed via a bright hallway. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, each with wonderful rural views, and a family bathroom. The garden is cleverly designed to make the most of the wonderful views, with a small terrace with bistro set, a separate dining terrace accessed down a set of steps with a table and seating for up to six, and finally an outdoor lounge area with a large rattan corner sofa and coffee table. The sloping lawn is bordered by well-tended mature plants and trees. Being so close to the Jurassic Coast, there is ample opportunity for excellent coastal walks and seaside activities, The glorious countryside around the villages of Ryall, and its neighbours of Whitchurch Canonicorum, Morcombelake and Symondsbury invite you to explore the numerous footpaths and byways.
