This is a single family home & is a 15-20 minute walk from Misquamicut Beach in Westerly. It is also a short drive from beautiful Watch Hill, historic Ocean House & Mystic, CT. This comfortable & stylish beach house can sleep up to 8 people. There is an above-ground pool & an outdoor lounge & eating area. The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer a beach parking pass. Passes are tied to vehicles. A day pass is $12-$20, depending on the beach. The space The house has a basement & 2 living floors. The beach house has a sitting room just off the main entrance, family room just off the kitchen, fully-equipped kitchen, casual eating area, dining room just off the main entrance, half bath & laundry facilities all on the main floor. The outdoor area in the back can be accessed by a sliding door off of the casual eating area. There is lounge furniture, an outdoor eating area & above-ground pool. There are pool toys in the garage. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & a sitting room off of the primary bedroom. The 3 bedrooms each have a king size bed. The sitting room off of the primary bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses & a toddler bed. There is a pack n' play in the primary walk-in closet. There is a beach cart, beach chairs, body board, toys/shovels in the garage. We provide basic amenities such as linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and paper goods. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. There are also cooking items such as spices, salt and pepper, etc. This is a family-friendly home. There are no social gatherings or parties of any type allowed on site. We expect our guests to respect our house rules, property & neighbors. We are more than happy to accommodate long-term rentals at a discounted rate. Please contact us for more information. Guest access The entire house/yard/pool is privately owned & restricted to our guest's use only. Other things to note We STRICTLY prohibit any entertaining of any sort outside of our registered guests. Thank you for respecting this request.
