We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of the Island-aux-Moines, this charming house with a unspoilable view on the sea, located on the water, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 45 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m². Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you! The space The cleaning service is compulsory and must be paid on arrival to our local contact: 240€/stay. The housing exposed South/South-East is composed as follows: Ground floor : - A 45 m² living room with fireplace, sofas and dining area. - Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200). - Bathroom with bath and shower. - Separate WC. Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: a king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. - Bedroom 4: double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 5: 3 single beds and en-suite shower room. - Separate WC. Outside : - The garden of about 700 m² is exposed South-South-East and therefore benefits from sunshine throughout the day with a terrace area sheltered from the wind and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - The land has a private access to a small private beach below the house. A kayak and trampoline are also available. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note Other remarks: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. This service is compulsory and must be paid on arrival to our local contact: €240/stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - The fireplace is functional, and you can use the wood at the bottom of the garden. - Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Not recommended for very young children, due to the proximity of the Gulf.
