This luxury 4 Bedroom/4.5 Bath home offers nearly 3,500 square feet of heated and cooled living space resting on a spacious 2.73 acres at over 3,700 feet of elevation. Running Waters was built on a full basement foundation and is wrapped in gorgeous logs and Appalachian Poplar Bark. The interior is framed by spectacular, hand peeled white pine logs, heart of pine walls and distressed hardwood floors. The kitchen offers exquisite granite counters, island dining area and a copper sink. The great room features a gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable furniture. The main level primary bedroom has it's own stone gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd floor offers a loft office and two queen guest suites. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - This home allows up to 4 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - Firewood: You may purchase firewood for the outdoor firepit from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 6.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood. This will be paid using the Airbnb Resolution Center. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay - Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - There are two exterior security cameras at this home. One is a doorbell cam by the front door, and the other is a floodlight cam facing the driveway.
