The property is on one of the quietest streets and is only a short walk to the beaches, Green Island and Lake Conjola. You can also walk to Berringer Lake, Manyana and Bendalong which has an excellent general store. The Deli Cafe at Cunjurong Point is also just around the corner for your early morning coffee fix The property is a large, 2 story comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms, two complete bathrooms and two large elevated decks. It has a well appointed modern kitchen including It has a well appointed modern kitchen including a DeLonghi espresso machine (takes Ese pods or ground coffee) and excellent cookware. There is a large UHD smart TV, Weber BBQ and ping pong table in garage and outdoor dining area. Outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach or lake. The bed configuration is 1 x queen 2 x double and 1 x king single. There is also a cot set up in the downstairs bedroom if needed, and a high chair available. At Manyana there are tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment. Manyana is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday. The perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.
