Please note that ambient outdoor temperatures below 70°F may affect pool heating capacity. Guest access Guests do not have access to the garage and an owner's closet Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping of anything in the home. Keep smoking/vaping outside. Only 3 cars permitted. Please plan accordingly. Pet Fee - we are happy to invite house trained dogs to stay in our home. A pet fee of $125 for up to two dogs will be charged for the stay. Please add your dogs to your reservation. Pool is heated from Nov 1 to April 30. No additional fees for pool heat. Pool warmth is greatly related to how cold it is outside and a specific pool temperature is not guaranteed. Follow all pool safety rules. Please do not dispose of any fish scraps in the outdoor trash bin at the house. If you go fishing, kindly fillet your catch at the dock and dispose of all scraps there, rather than at the house. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced per city ordinance. Guests should not tamper with any pool equipment or internet equipment. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided. Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Owners will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages associated with use of amenities.
