Walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, ice cream, and more. This space is entirely your own, as the bottom apartment in an up-down duplex. Enjoy 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area and kitchen, as well as a shared back patio and firepit. The space Relax with cozy-chic furniture, unique art, and spacious rooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a full sized bed plus desk for those working from home-on-the-go. The couch in the living room pulls out into a full sized bed for extra space. The kitchen table seats 6 people. Enjoy access to the shared backyard and firepit. We (your hosts!) are your upstairs neighbors so only a stone’s throw if you need anything. Guest access Guests can access the full unit (including washer/dryer) and a shared backyard patio. Other things to note **Please make sure guest & pet counts are accurate before booking! We use these to plan accordingly for your stay.** Note: Given the toddler and dog in the upstairs unit, we’ve provided noise machines in the bedrooms just in case the pitter patter of feet from upstairs can be heard down below! Pet policy: We ask that if your dog has anxiety or is prone to chewing furniture that you take them with you when you leave the house. Also, as the backyard is a shared space please notify us if your dog is not good with children or other dogs, and keep them leashed when out of the house. Smoking policy: We do not allow smoking (including marijuana) inside the unit or on the premises. The foot path around the lake is 2.5 miles for walking/running, biking, or roller blading.
