The Space: Located just east of Downtown Colorado Springs, enjoy the ease of being close to all that the area has to offer! This apartment was once a garage that we have made into a gorgeous private unit consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom! You will find that this location is just minutes from amazing restaurants, superb attractions, and easy access to I-25 which is less than 2 miles away! As you enter you will be welcomed into the updated living room complete with a large Smart TV, pull out sofa, and the most wonderful little dining area! The entire place has been beautifully decorated with mountain accents and the warmth of the CO sunshine splashed on the walls! *Bedroom #1* The master bedroom is spacious and perfectly set up with a wonderfully comfortable King bed and fresh, crisp linens for your stay! Enjoy unpacking your belongings into the closet, fully prepared with hangers and a luggage rack too! *Bedroom #2* The second bedroom is also quite spacious with an ultra comfortable Queen bed. Enjoy unpacking your belongings into the closet, fully prepared with hangers and a luggage rack too! *Living Room* Kick up your feet in front of the large 55" Smart TV and get cozy picking up where you left off on your favorite shows! As you get ready to turn in for the night, feel free to make use of the additional sleeping area with the Queen memory foam pull out sofa! *Kitchen* Feel free to cook to your heart's content in the galley style kitchen complete with all major appliances 🙌 We also happily stock the kitchen with all the items you may need during your stay to include baking sheets, cooking utensils, pots/pans, spices, silverware, strainer, wine/bottle opener, and so much more! It's important to us that you have what you need to make any of your meals from the comfort of "home"! *Bathroom* Newly remodeled with a sparkling clean tile shower, vanity, and toilet! We happily provide a hair dryer for your stay as well as plush soft towels, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! *Nearby* Switchback Coffee Roasters-- It doesn't get much better than being able to walk to a nearby, local coffee shop in just 5 minutes in the morning! Prospect Lake/Memorial Park-- Enjoy a morning walk to Prospect Lake or the surrounding Memorial Park in just 10 minutes for some fun in the sun! Guest Access: During your stay you will have access to the entire unit with it's own private exterior entry! We welcome you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy all the wonderful food and drinks just a few minutes away located all around the Downtown area! The Neighborhood: Only about a mile away and you'll find some of our personal favorites downtown to include COATI, Denver Biscuit Company, Shuga's, and Phantom Canyon! There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, even as close as a 5 minute WALK to Switchback Coffee Roasters, a quaint coffee shop that has great WiFi too! Getting Around: When driving to Downtown Colorado Springs only take 4 minutes, no matter what you're in the mood for, you're sure to find it very quickly! If you're looking for more of an adventure, walking to the restaurants and bars downtown is also only about a 20 minute walk if you've got the time to spare while on your vacation! Other Things to Note: House Rules + No Pet Policy - we maintain a strict no pet policy. Any violations will result in a $300 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. + No smoking of anything at all in the house. You may smoke on the patio just outside the living room. + We require whoever books with us to be present during check-in and throughout the stay. + Guests must have a 5 star rating as a guest or be new to Airbnb. + Checking out more than 15 min late will result in a late checkout fee of $50/hour + Please be respectful of our house and let us know if you need anything!
