From the lanai, watch the golfers tee off on the 5th hole of the championship course. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Inside washer and dryer are also included. Guest access Enjoy lunch/dinner at the full service restaurant, or go play golf at one of the two 18 hole courses! Go for a swim at one of two pools, play tennis and so much more!! Other things to note There is a required security background check for $150 per family by the Condo Association. The application must be submitted at least 15 days before check-in date. There are no exceptions. There is a $50 refundable pool fob deposit. These will be charged for a total of $200 labeled as community fee at the time of booking.
