Relax in the cool Coastal Breeze or enjoy a peaceful walk down the Beach. Our Beach house is located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and only steps away from the Beach! There are stunning beach views from the front and back yards. You can sit on the front porch or relax in the back yard and see the beach from both areas. Both bedrooms also feature beach views. Completely remodeled in 2017. This stunning two bedroom, two full bath features stainless steel appliances and granite throughout. When you enter through the front door, you will find yourself in the front living room area. One bedroom comes off of this living room area and the other bedroom comes off of the other living room area. The bedrooms have queen beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper pull out in the front living room. Flat screen TVs are in both living areas along with cable and Wi-Fi. Stainless steel appliances, and Granite are throughout the house. There is a beautiful glass shower in the master and most of our guest get the wow factor when they see it. We also have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience along with two bicycles, a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys and plenty of beach towels if you want to relax in the sun on the beach. Most of these items are located in the storage container in the back yard. There is a propane grill in the backyard, a fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy under the hundred year old Oak Trees around the home. There is also dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, towels, wash clothes, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, and all utensils to make you feel right at home. This home is fully stocked and furnished. The home was completely remodeled in 2017 and upgraded throughout. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two separate living areas and with a beautiful kitchen. The beach is only about the length of a football field from the home. Most of our guests walk or ride the bikes to the beach but if you want to drive there is also free parking along the beach. Guest have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. We live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and are only a phone call or text away if you need anything. If you have any questions about the area, the home or anything in general, please let us know. We take pride in giving our guests a great vacation experience. This home is less than 2 miles from downtown Gulfport. Downtown Gulfport features plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and coffee shops. The Island View Casino is 5 minutes and there are other activities always happening at Jones Park. Not to mention the new Aquarium opens in April 2020! Biloxi is just a short 15 minutes drive and Long Beach is only about 5 minutes. If your traveling to Bay St. Louis it’s only about 15 minutes. There is also a Walmart 10 minutes away so no matter if your traveling with friends or family, It is in a great location and centrally located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Easy access to Beach Blvd and the driveway will fit 4 vehicles for parking. If you are flying, Uber or Lyft, it is available in this area along with door dash and other delivery services. If your arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fit for you. The afternoon before check-in a random door code will be generated. It will be sent to you along with other check-in instructions. We offer an easy self check-in! Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking. There are two security cameras on the entry ways to the house. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior.
