Countless resort amenities including golf course, 3 pools, fitness center, catch/release pond and more will provide fun for the whole family! Silver Dollar City is a quick 5 minute drive away. Table Rock Lake and the Branson strip is just 10 minutes away for endless entertainment, shopping and dining! The space Welcome to our spacious LedgeTop Retreat, located in Branson’s premier gated golf community, Stonebridge Village. If you are looking to relax and be close to Branson activities, this is your place! You will be just a few minutes from Silver Dollar City and a short drive to the Branson strip and Branson Landing where there is endless entertainment for everyone! The space 1535 Sq Ft. | Resort Access | Family Friendly | Free Wifi Bedroom #1: King bed | en suite with full bath and large walk in closet |TV Bedroom #2: King bed | access to 2nd bathroom with full bath | closet | TV Bedroom #3: 2 bunkbeds (sleeps 4!) with en suite and closet | TV (Every bedroom TV has ROKU for easy streaming!) KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans, silverware and cookware you would need during your stay! Also included are; a coffee maker & Keurig, Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot and more. . Large kitchen table and breakfast bar allows seating for 10! *Washer and Dryer is located directly off the kitchen. LIVING ROOM: Couch, love seat and 2 recliners. Large TV w/ ROKU included (so you can access all of your favorite streaming channels!) TV console with electric fireplace. Stocked with plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy! GENERAL: Washer/dryer, central A/C, free WiFi, linens & towels. Initial supply of toiletries and toilet paper provided. Private deck w/ patio table/chairs with beautiful golf course views! *please note: this is a top level unit, so guests will need to be able to climb one flight of stairs in order to get into the condo.* *Traveling with a larger group? Ask about availability of the bottom unit below and rent out the entire side of this beautiful four-plex creating a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom unit. No check in or check out required. The condo has an electronic lock. The door code will be available in the Airbnb app the day of check in. The code will be valid for the dates of your stay. Stonebridge resort offers numerous activities and amenities that you are welcome to during your stay! -Swimming • Swimming (Memorial Day through Labor Day): There are three swimming pools for guests and visitors. The first pool, located at LedgeStone Clubhouse is a full-sized pool with plenty of deck space and the convenience of the adjacent LedgeStone Grille for food and beverages. The second full-sized pool is located at the Fox hollow area. This family-friendly pool is great for fun and relaxation. Near this pool you will find a basketball court, lake trail, and playground. Tennis is located at the Country club. The third pool is only for condo guests and located right down the hill. -Golf Course • LedgeStone's 18-hole championship golf course .For an additional fee you will have access to this beautiful course! -Three Tennis Courts -LedgeStone Grill (Onsite restaurant located inside the clubhouse) -Three Playgrounds -Sand Volleyball -Nature Trail -Catch and Release Pond -24 Hour gated security ** Please note that starting this year a parking fee of $7 per vehicle per night stayed on the property will be charged and can be paid to the resort at check in. This fee is not included in the rate and is a separate resort charge. Guest access In order to give our amazing cleaners ample time to deep clean, do laundry, etc, normal check in time is at 4pm. A 2pm check in time is usually available for an additional $25. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like an early check in. Free First come, first serve parking located steps away from condo entrance. Other things to note Please note: The resort does not allow boat, RV, Jetski, or trailer parking. *As a thank you for staying with us, our guests receive 10% off Ledgestone golfing and 10% off at LedgeStone grill! **Please be aware: As of January 1, 2026, Stonebridge resort will be implementing a $7/day parking fee per car. This will need to be paid prior to getting your passes. This is a resort-wide change which we unfortunately have no control over. We appreciate your understanding!** Traveling with a larger group?
