The kitchen with all mod cons has a breakfast table where you can sit in the morning or indeed fling open the patio doors and enjoy your morning coffee in the enclosed and private courtyard. South facing the courtyard catches the sun all day long so just perfect to start your day. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one en-suite and one is the perfect little room for a child. With its enclosed rear courtyard Town Foot Farmhouse welcomes dogs, the more the merrier so please just ask! Hayton is a quiet little village with a popular village Pub which serves food at the weekends and the village is surrounded by the rolling Cumbrian countryside. A visit to Talkin Tarn Country Park is a great day out for all the family with its 65-acre lake set amid 120 acres of farmland and woodland, the ideal place to enjoy a walk or even try your hand at some boating on the lake.
