Other things to note Required resort fees must be paid directly to the HOA via credit card at check-in: $14.60 USD per night resort fee One vehicle included; each additional vehicle is $25 USD per night Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The check-in desk is open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive outside these hours, security will check you in and issue wristbands and parking passes. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on resort property, including balconies and shared spaces. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method one day before arrival and released within 7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or violations. If at any time the host, resort security, or local authorities determine that a guest has violated resort policies or local laws, resulting in eviction, that decision is final and no refunds will be issued.
