The space The main house listed here is 3 bdrm/2 ba and is 1175 sq ft. This home has been remodeled with newer kitchen & bathroom fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve for a small or large group. There is a studio apartment directly attached to the main house that is rented out separately on a monthly basis. It was formerly the garage that has been permitted to convert into an ADU or accessordy dwellig unit. The studio provides an additional 2 beds (1 queen bed, 1 full size sofa bed), has its own small kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer. There are no shared interior spaces between the main house and studio apartment. Everyone has their own furnishings and appliances as well as separate front entrances. We allow up to 8 guests MAX in the main house portion. There is ample parking that is free and safe in both our driveway and on the street in front of the home. The Folsom police department is located at the end of our street so you will often seen patrol cars up and down our street. However, the police station is still far enough away that you won't hear constant sirens. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We actively monitor the home and cameras. Guest access We are centrally located in Folsom right off of Bidwell Street which is a main thoroughfare in the city.
