Our mid-century cottage is conveniently located near the historic district of Eustis. The city has a charming downtown, bordering Lake Eustis, with a lakefront park. Eustis hosts many events including 1st Friday each month as well as many seasonal events. Mount Dora, a popular central Florida city has great restaurants & unique old charm, located only 7 minutes away. There is a chain of 5 connected lakes in Eustis. These offer great vacation fun opportunities. The space There are hardwood floors throughout most of the home, which are original. We recently had them restored. The great room provides a good separation when having more than one couple staying. Our home is 1136 ft/2, take that into account. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the shed in the backyard and some storage space in the home where we keep cleaning supplies and other items we need to maintain the home between guests. Other things to note The standard pricing covers up to 4 people, though if you were to have 3 couples you could certainly fit 2 per bedroom. There is an extra cost of $15/day for each additional person beyond the 4.
