Entry way As you walk in from the front stairs, you enter a cozy entryway with 2 comfortable chairs to lounge in. It's the perfect place to read a book you picked out from the book shelf or play some games with the family. This room leads directly into a welcoming and tastefully designed and decorated modern yet rustic living room with amazing lake views. Come on in. Welcome! LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM designed for comfort and relaxation. It offers comfortable seating, a 50 inch TV and a lovely fireplace. You can also enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the living room while sipping some warm drink of your choice in front of the cozy fireplace. The living room has an open floor concept with the dining space with the large open windows that look out to the lake also in the dining space. The dining table has seating for 6 with 3 more seating available on a lovely  counter height console table right next to the dining space .   KITCHEN: Our fully stocked kitchen makes you feel right at home.  We like to think we have equipped the kitchen with just about everything you will need to make delicious meals with your family and friends.  With stainless steel and gourmet appliances, a full set of pots/pans, a crock pot, bakeware , blender and baking dishes as well as a full set of plates, utensils, grill cooking set etc.  There is also a coffee and tea station equipped with a nice selection of teas and coffees with a  Keurig and ground coffee maker. You have access to a washer and dryer neatly tucked behind a door in the kitchen space with complimentary laundry pods to get you started. BEDROOMS Gatherings of up to 9 can sleep comfortably in this space.  All bedrooms are beautifully designed with modern rustic lake house décor with comfortable beds and comfortable linen to help you have a luxurious and comfortable sleep. Please note there is a foldable twin bed with a memory foam mattress that is available and located in the closet upstairs for guest no 9, it can be placed in either of the upstairs bedroom for use. The Main floor bedroom is outfitted with a queen sized bed and a plush mattress for a comfortable sleeping experience, a flat screen smart TV,  a full length mirror and a spacious closet. There is a cozy corner with a comfortable chair to lounge in. The spacious closet is equipped with an iron and ironing board. This bedroom has access to an attached bathroom.  Upstairs has 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen trundle bed with a full lower mattress offering comfortable sleep for 4 guests. This room also has a comfortable lounge chair and a  flat screen TV.  There is also the option to bring in a foldable twin sized bed with a memory foam from the adjoining room's closet or into the adjacent room. From this room you can access either the bathroom downstairs or upstairs bathroom through the adjacent bedroom.    The second upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed with a luxury mattress with a comfortable bench at the foot of the bed. It also has a full length mirror attached to the wall and a desk in case you need to get some work done. This room is attached to a bathroom. BATHROOMS: There are 2 full bathrooms inside the home. One on the main floor and the other upstairs. Main floor bathroom- accessible to the main bedroom and other guests from the second floor. The main floor bathroom has a tub and the other bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with essential toiletries. There is a hair dryer, makeup mirror and bucket under the sink available for use in the main floor bathroom. OUTSIDE SPACE/ AMENITIES Pass through the adjoining dining space towards the outside deck to obtain more breathtaking views of the lake. Our location on the lake allows for the most amazing SUNSETS right over the lake. Enjoy a relaxing time with views of the peaceful Sibley Lake on the upper or lower deck and take in the relaxing view of the peaceful Sibley Lake.  Enjoy the outdoor grill as you bond with friends and family around a cozy fire pit. Hang out with family friends and stargaze around the fire pit on the deck closer to the lake while listening to the loons or other lake birds. We have a paddle boat available in the summer. Our driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars or 4 small cars. KID FRIENDLY AMENITIES: Backyard space for kids to run around an entryway  for indoor play for the younger ones. The home is equipped with a Pack-n-play travel crib and a high chair. Games - ring toss, jenga , monopoly among other toys for your kids and the whole family. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and 2 Kayaks!! There is also an option to rent a pontoon. The basement and garage are not available for use. Other things to note While we would love to host you, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Our neighborhood is quiet and serene and we would like to keep it that way for our neighbors.  It goes without saying but there is a lake nearby the house and there are no lifeguards on duty:) We encourage you to use caution. Use life vests if you plan to be on a boat or kayak out on the lake. **Please note there is a steep portion on the 1 -2 min walk to the lake from the house. There is an extra fee of $50 for any additional pet over 2. This fee will be sent after booking and required to be paid before check in. Pets are dogs only.
