The Lake Escape is a scenic lakeside home for those seeking to relax and recharge. The home is directly on beautiful Arrowhead Lake, featuring private beach, private dock, and private lake access. Canoe/kayak included. 20-35 min to ski resorts and 15 min to Kalahari waterpark. Guests can also enjoy the numerous amenities included in the Arrowhead Lake Community. The space Guests have access to the entire home (except small owners' closets), which features a large backyard that is directly on Arrowhead Lake. Guests will have a spectacular view of the sunrise over the lake. Blakeslee hiking trails ALL BATHROOMS ARE NEWLY RENOVATED. NEWLY RENOVATED BASEMENT WITH CUSTOM BUILT EN SUITE MASTER BATH. Guests have access to private dock/beach, 1 adult kayak, 1 child kayak and 1 canoe. Outdoor firepit. Propane grill. The house comes with 2 adult bikes and 1 kids bike that guests are free to use. Newly renovated basement contains foosball table, Simpsons Arcade console, dart board, game cube, poker table/chips, and numerous board games. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing and cooking meals. We also have plenty of children's plates/trays and utensils. The kitchen and dining area directly overlook the lake. The family room contains a wood burning fireplace that guests are welcome to use as well as 55” smart TV with streaming capabilities for guests to log into their apps. Large DVD collection in the basement for extra entertainment. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses, linens and pillows. The two larger bedrooms have queen size mattresses and the children's room has bunk beds with twin mattresses, a separate twin bed and contains plenty of children's books. Guest access Guests can access to the entire home (except owners' closets), private lakefront beach, private dock and canoes for use on the lake. COMMUNITY AMENITIES Guests can access all Arrowhead Lake community amenities (see wristband fees below): - 2 Lakes for swimming, kayaking, canoeing - 4 pristine beaches - 3 swimming pools - Tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court - Recreational Lodge - billiards, library and gym - Recreational rentals (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes - requires additional cash payment to rent) available during summer season only - Air Hockey, Pool Tables, Ping Pong, board games and more located on lower level of Welcome Center - Community social events - see ALCA website for calendar of community events Other things to note IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - ARROWHEAD COMMUNITY FEES The Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) has mandatory "temporary member" registration fees for all renters paid directly to ALCA. We try to keep our nightly rates lower to account for these fees. Guests must pay the ALCA fees at least 4 days prior to arrival or the ALCA will deny access. **ALCA FEES: 1) Vehicle Gate Cards: $20 per vehicle, per stay 2) Administration fee: $20 one time, per stay (Non-Refundable) 3) Temporary Membership: -Off-season: $2 per person, per day -In-season: $8.50 per person, per day (In-season: May 24 though Sept. 2) (Children under 6 years old are free) For changes to your reservation, please contact me right away.
