Guest access Guests will be provided access by the host on the day of check in. At this time, 2 sets of keys will be provided to the guest as well as 2 FOBS for elevator and access to amenities. Guests are required to return all sets of keys and FOBS at check-out, and any lost keys or replacement of keys during your stay will be a $103 charge per list item. Other things to note Pets allowed on case by case basis and may incur additional cleaning fees or deposit. Additional services such as cleaning, laundry, driving, etc. can be coordinated upon request at an additional cost. We provide the initial essentials for your stay. Should you run out of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, cooking ingredients, detergents, etc. there is a Publix Grocery Store 4 minutes away. Breaking of House Rules may result in a fine and an immediate notice to vacate the property. Any fine levied against the landlord by the Police, City, or Association related to guest conduct will be billed to guest. We are not responsible for packages ordered prior to, or during, your stay.
