Campbell's Cabin: A perfect retreat

This log home is built on 140 acres of secluded, beautiful countryside. Perfect for large family gatherings or peaceful getaway. This cabin has been our family's dream for 20 years, and we're excited to share the beauty and tranquility of it with others. It's a farmhouse ideal for playing and enjoying the outdoors during the day; then roasting s'mores and enjoying the hot tub and stars at night. Please note: this is a very rural setting, about 20 minutes from the nearest stores and conveniences. The space You will love the spaciousness and solitude of the cabin. There are beds for 22 to sleep and plenty of room for that many to spread out and enjoy one another. The upstairs great room plus downstairs area allow a wonderful way to separate kids and adults or multiple other ways of dividing large groups to maximize the space. However, if you are looking for something close to stores and the city, this might not be for you. It is best as a destination point for large groups and retreats looking to stay in and enjoy time together rather than as a place to stay while you enjoy the surrounding cities, because it is so remote and on backroads. Guest access Our guests have access to our entire property. There are walking trails and beautiful land to enjoy on the property, or you can just enjoy the views from the porch and back deck. Other things to note The beauty of this cabin is the quiet serenity of its location of 140 acres. If you’re looking to enjoy nature and time with a big group all together, this is a perfect spot. If you’re looking for convenience and shopping, this might not be the best choice. It is about 15 minutes to the nearest small town of Lancaster for basic groceries, etc. It is about 40 minutes from Lexington, where you can find plenty of eating and shopping options.
