The space Indoor Facilities With a total living area of 400 sqm and set within 1,000 sqm of landscaped outdoor space, Geroulios Kastro Villa I is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in existing beds and 5 additional guests on sofa beds in the bedrooms. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a 55’’ Smart Satellite TV, and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six guests create the perfect setting for family gatherings. This level also includes two bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower. The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, sofa beds, and private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. The second floor includes two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, A/C, and a 32’’ TV. Both rooms also feature comfortable sofa beds, providing flexibility for larger groups while ensuring privacy and comfort. Outdoor Facilities Outdoors, Geroulios Kastro Villa I embodies the essence of luxury living in Chania. The private heated swimming pool (45 sqm, 1.50 m depth) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The highlight of the outdoor area is the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for up to 20 guests. A pergola-shaded dining area and a barbecue corner featuring both charcoal and gas grills, along with a traditional wood stove, create the perfect atmosphere for al fresco meals and gatherings with family or friends. The spacious outdoor terrace is also ideal for yoga sessions, meditation, or simply enjoying the serenity of the Apokoronas countryside. Upon request, yoga mattresses can be provided to enhance your wellness experience. Private parking is available on the property for 6-7 cars. *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival.
