The resort-style, zero-entry pool is heated in winter from October 1 - April 30, and now offers drinks and snacks poolside, so the fun never has to pause. The sunsets on the beach are a daily highlight, and you can even enjoy a bonfire on the beach. Please note that guests are required to sign a waiver before using the golf cart, and the primary renter must be over 25 years old. ☆ Starter supply of Dish detergent, toiletries, soap, trash bags provided. You may need more supplies if staying more than a couple days. Please note: The village center pool is heated from October 1 to April 30. While the north pool is not heated. Parking Information: The golf cart must be parked inside the garage at all times. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, typically by parking two vehicles behind the other two, depending on vehicle size. Please note that the HOA is very strict: street parking is not allowed, and boats, trailers, and RVs are prohibited. Cancelation: Please refer to your cancelation policy. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended. Guest access Self check in keypad entry with customized door code set to your check in and check out times. Flat entranceway with no steps. Main level bedroom for guests who would prefer to avoid stairs. Parking in driveway only, no street parking. Garage not available for parking. RV, boats, trailers not permitted by HOA. Other things to note We’re surrounded by coastal nature. It's part of the natural surroundings that make this area special. It’s not uncommon to see wildlife such as Seagulls, Crabs, Frogs, Lizards, Birds, Bats, Snakes, Scorpions, Mice, Ants, and Spiders. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed and storing food and trash properly secured. Ring motion sensitive Floodlight and door bell cameras facing the street with video recording. We use the cameras security, for check in and check out times or if there is concern for any noise/ rule violation. Signed rental agreement and security deposit required. Safety: Please note there are bears in the neighborhood with most activity seen before winter hibernation. Alligators maybe present in the neighborhood ponds and bay.
