Additionally, there is a shared large bathroom with a shower and tub for two of the bedrooms. Please aware that guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage. The garage has been converted into a separate studio apartment where the owner and his wife will reside whenever the main house is rented by guests. Rest assured that the owner understands and respects the privacy of guests during their stays. Guests should not anticipate encountering the owner unless there is a specific issue or concern with the house. In such cases, the owner will be readily available to promptly assist and address any concerns that may arise.
