Just a block off Hawthorne in the heart of SE Portland, our place is equipped with everything you need in your home away from home: a full kitchen, comfy queen bed, newly finished bathroom with an enormous shower, private covered patio and lots of space to unwind. Walk to tons of shops and restaurants and an organic grocery store - all just steps away! The space Our modern, newly-constructed tiny house is certified Earth-Advantage and super comfortable for short-term visits. We are steps away from our local, organic grocery store, New Seasons, and a ton of restaurants and bars. Tucked behind our house, through the gate beyond the paved driveway, you'll find your PDX home away from home. Use the super-easy electronic lock to access the space anytime of day or night. Open the door into an entry-way with a creative pegboard organizer and a bench to help with easy shoe on and offs. Move from the entry into the fully equipped kitchen with an electric 4 burner stovetop/oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, water kettle, french press and Keurig machine and even a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. In the same space, you'll find the charming dining or work table which borders the cozy seating area complete with TV equipped with Netflix and Hulu. The TV is on a rotating base so you can enjoy it from the comfort of the bed, too! The cozy queen-sized bed ensures a great night's rest and the newly finished bathroom has a large shower stall with brand new tile and nice bright lighting at the vanity to prepare for your day. The independent HVAC unit is controlled by a remote and will keep the space at a comfortable temperature year-round. The covered patio is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring the city.
