Columbus is the place to be for a relaxing, quite stay minutes from your local dining and shopping experience-Ft. Benning/Downtown Columbus with a beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easily accessible to 185 Fwy North and South. The area welcomes singles, families, couples, and active and retired military families. The home sits on 0.99 acres at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, giving you the privacy and peace you deserve. This two-story home has UPSTAIRS 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. There isn't a bedroom downstairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs and the kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck. The deck has stairs that lead outside and also onto the grass area. There are fire extinguishers on the first and second levels. We have footies for each guest to use while walking on the floors, as they are slippery sometimes. Please take them with you when you leave. Trash is placed in the large black bins outside on the side of the house. Parking is allowed in the driveway, not in the garage. Entrance to the home is via a guest code. Please contact the host within 24 hours of arriving via email to get the temporary code. We do not permit smoking or vaping in or outside the property. No hanging out and playing loud music in the front. We want to respect our neighbors. Every where you go you will need a car or take the Metro Bus. Walking distance you will find a gas station and Wings & Fish cafe. 1. There are signs placed to locate the fire extingusher. 2. Signs for no smoking or vaping. 3. Labels are place on the light switches, kitchenware and remote controls. 4. Signs that says "DO NOT OPEN", please follow the rules and do not open. 5. Garage is not for guests, their cars and belongings. 6. When leaving the property please make sure to take your belongings. We are responsible for any items left behind.
