SLEEPING With a wide choice of sleeping arrangements everybody in your group will be sure to get a great night's sleep. 3 bedrooms are in the main house with a further bedroom located in the separate ground floor annex which has a single fixed bed and a pull out single bed along with an ensuite shower. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head. Annex is separate to the main house, and the bed will have to be made up. All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen. Please note: Travel cot and high chair is available on request for an additional charge. Please provide your own bedding if required. FRESHENING UP There's no need to wait around to get freshened up. You'll have the pick of two bathrooms all modern and full featured. One bathroom is located in the main house upstairs, the other is located in the annex. Towels and toiletries provided. Washer available. Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board provided. RELAXING Put your feet up in the living room, sink into the comfy sofas and watch your favourite movie on the 55"” Flat screen Smart TV coupled with high speed broadband. The property is stocked with sash windows, due to the age of the property. Head into the garden if you fancy catching some rays (if you can find them) or dining al fresco. EATING Cook up a storm with a fully equipped, modern kitchen: Cooker with gas hob Fridge/Freezer Toaster Microwave Kettle and all the pots and pan one needs! ......and a Dishwasher to help you get them all clean again!! Family meal time will be a pleasure here in the dining area with plenty of seating. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house. Other things to note Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Please be aware that one of the bedrooms is in the separate annex. This bedroom has one fixed single bed with a pull out single bed underneath. The linen for the extra bed can be found in the cube shelving in the bedroom.
