The living room benefits from a large 4-meter window that provides plenty of natural light and offers fantastic views of the pool and garden. The kitchen is integrated into this same space, fully equipped so that lovers of the culinary arts can excel in preparing delicious dishes. The accommodation also has two bedrooms, both with comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 meter latex mattresses. Each with a private bathroom inside, shower columns, and their respective closets. It is nestled in the middle of a 5000 m² estate that was formerly devoted entirely to the artisanal cultivation of bananas. Currently, independently of the villa, it still retains part of that agricultural activity, where our guests can observe the traditional cultivation of the Canary Island banana.
