EV Parking - Historic District Carriage House

We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house. The space The home has had extensive renovations since 2017 when we purchased it. We recently converted the original carriage house into a quaint and comfortable well appointed guest house with higher end amenities in a cozy private setting. Our home was built by Robert and Molly (Henebery) Dewald in 1888. Robert met Molly while he was attending college at Notre Dame and Molly was attending college at St. Mary’s. Molly was originally from Peoria, IL. The Dewald family owned a very successful dry goods company in downtown Fort Wayne. Doctor Myers owned the home from 1949-2004.
