Fancy Pony Land House

Fancy Pony Land House is a super cute fully furnished contemporary adobe cottage filled with furniture, art and textiles by me & friends. It has a custom built queen bed, 12 foot daybed, cozy wood stove, great back porch. The house is 850 square feet with one bedroom and no door on the bedroom so it's best suited for singles or couples. Just a long block from the Thunderbird Hotel and Capri and an easy walk or bike ride to everything in Marfa. The space Our house is an old adobe built around 1900. We completely redid the house in 2009 and have been working on it little bits at a time ever since. There are many handmade details and custom built furniture. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We welcome up to 2 reasonable pets, dogs or cats or some combo, with a pet deposit. We ask that guests clean up after their pet in the yard and house and do all humanly possible to keep their pet off the furniture. Renter is responsible for damage to doors and screens. The back yard is fully fenced but we always recommend you check it out before leaving your dog unattended in the yard.
