Designer Villa Am Haff

The designer villa Am Haff on Usedom impresses with its modern design and luxurious furnishings. It offers a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, a recreation room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Usedom lagoon and the lush green garden with a hot tub. The highlight: the private sauna with relaxation room as well as the activity room with foosball and dartboard. The space The modern, Bauhaus-style villa of 400 m² is located on a total of 6,000 m² of land, half of which is completely natural below the cliff edge. In addition to old trees, which are atmospherically illuminated in the evening, there is a wide reed bed that extends to the lagoon. Here, the proverbial fox and rabbit say "good night" - deer can also be seen walking along the edge of the cliff in the light of the tree spotlights. The upper half of the property includes a well-kept, completely fenced garden with a generously sized lawn and a cozy seating area directly on the edge of the cliff, where you can catch the last rays of the sun with a glass of wine. The house with its 150 m² terrace adjoins the lawn - equipped with a large dining table group, lounge area, sun loungers, parasols and an electric grill. Enjoy the view of the lagoon directly from the hot tub - a special experience on clear nights, as the unique location in the middle of nature allows you to see a sea of stars in the sky. Entering the house, the feeling of spaciousness continues indoors - a large entrance area with a free-floating staircase opens to the sides in two symmetrical areas. On the left is the large, open living area with comfortable living area and satellite TV (65") as well as a cozy reading corner. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened almost in full width if necessary. A modern gas fireplace acts as a room divider to the entrance area, which provides soothing warmth in a few minutes. On the right side there is an open, large and modern kitchen, high-quality equipped with dishwasher, induction stove, steamer, raclette, coffee machine, microwave and Nespresso machine. From the large dining table, which comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the lagoon while having breakfast together. Here, too, the floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened almost completely. The dining area is adjoined by an open leisure room with tournament darts and foosball as well as another refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment. If necessary, there is a sleeping area for two people, as the cozy leather couch can be folded out with a handle into a sofa bed with a high-quality mattress (1.80 m x 2.00 m). This room has direct access to the terrace and can be darkened. The activity room is separated from the kitchen area by a curtain. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, which is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower with a washing machine and a tumble dryer for free use. The open staircase in the entrance area leads to a spacious, bright area on the upper floor with seating and directly adjacent terrace with sun loungers. On the sheltered terrace you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the year with fantastic views of the lagoon. Upstairs are two south-facing bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), large wardrobe and satellite TV (55"). Opposite the two bedrooms is a large bathroom, one of which, in addition to the spacious, floor-level shower, invites you to a freestanding bathtub for cozy relaxation baths by candlelight. In the right wing of the upper floor there is another bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) for two people as well as a wardrobe and satellite TV (43"). This room can be darkened. To the left, next to the bedroom, there is a relaxation room with a sauna glazed to the front - atmospherically designed by lighting with color change mode and hidden music system, which can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth on request. The sauna is equipped with an infrared function. Also on the upper floor you can enjoy the view of the lagoon in all rooms through floor-to-ceiling windows. In front of the house, there are two spacious garages, each for two cars, one of which is included in the rental price (dimensions: 4.60 m x 2.10 m). All windows and doors, except the large sliding doors on the ground floor, are equipped with insect screens. To protect against the sun, the entire south side has electrically controlled textile screens. Important note on linen: bed linen and towels are not included in the price. A laundry package can be booked for €15.00 per person. You can conveniently pay the laundry fee on site. Sauna packages, consisting of bathrobe and 2 sauna towels, can also be booked (€12.50 per person). Alternatively, you can bring your own laundry. For a toddler, a high chair and a baby cot with linen (5.00 EUR / day each) can be provided for a fee.  Your dog is welcome with us for a fee. Please remember to register it when booking.
