Our exterior space is exclusive only to our unit - it is not shared with the other 2 units in the building & spans across 55’ of ocean frontage, making it one of the largest ocean front patios in Mission Beach! This tropical themed premier space is the ideal spot for the entire group to unwind with your favorite beverage & comes fully equipped with 2 palapas with bar high seating, separate lounge seating area great for soaking up the San Diego sun, separate bench seating area great for dining, & separate patio chairs great for people watching along the boardwalk. Rounding out this space is a BBQ, foot wash, & hose for rinsing off.
