Steps to the beach and close to the Malecon, restaurants, clubs, shops, Ola Atlas and Los Muertos beaches and the pier. The perfect place to take advantage of the exciting adventures in PV, as well as take a minute to breathe and relax in the natural beauty. The space There is a master bedroom with king bed and attached bath, and a second guest bedroom with queen bed and work desk with direct entrance to guest/hall bathroom. The guest bedroom has sliding wall/door that closes and locks for total privacy. All linens, toiletries, bath and beach towels, iron and ironing pad are provided. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The condo has a bright and open great room with a fully equipped kitchen and seating for four at the island. Smart TVs, ceiling fans and AC units are in each bedroom and the living room. Wifi is available throughout the condo. Great views of mountains from condo and of mountains and the beach from the private balcony. Pool, gym and BBQ area just one floor up on the rooftop. Guest access Guests will have full use of the condo and rooftop amenities. No parties allowed. Other things to note There is no cleaning service included during your stay but that can be arranged for a small fee if desired.
