The large dining table in the kitchen makes for some lovely evening meals when everyone can talk about the day’s events. This is the perfect ‘home from home’ to make wonderful family memories. The space OUT & ABOUT This is a large family home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the front of the property, cross the road and you are straight onto the beach. When the tide is out you have over 3 miles of beautiful sandy beach to have fun and make memories with friends and family. Borth is a delightful seaside village that provides an ideal base for you to explore both locally and further afield, benefitting from its own train station, about a 10-minute walk, with regular trains up the coast to Pwllheli or down to Aberystwyth. The petrified forest is a short walk up the beach towards Ynyslas where you will find the sand dunes and the National Nature reserve. Borth has its very own Links golf course and this is just a 15 minute walk from the property. A day out can be enjoyed in the ancient capital of Wales, Machynlleth or the beautiful harbour and estuary at Aberdovey. The 512 bus runs through Borth regularly throughout the day from Ynyslas to Aberystwyth via Bow Street. The train station is a 10 minute walk with regular trains to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, which will also provide further travel to Birmingham or take a train up the coast to Pwllheli with dramatic views along the coast for much of the journey.
