We are blessed to have great clear, tasting well water, not many places can say the same. We have air conditioning units in the house to keep the inside cool in the warmer months. Great Barrington MA, with its charming New England cultural attractions and shops. The Triplex Cinema in Great Barrington is showing first run and classic films, the art galleries and antique shops await you. So much to do and see. Tanglewood in Lenox, and Stockbridge are not far from there. There are seasonal farmer markets and farm to table restaurants, pick your own fruit and art and culture all within short driving distance. Copake Lake Golf and Country Club is a one minute drive from the house. Copake Lake Boat & Ski is located waking distance where you can rents  Pontoons, canoes, and is a popular place to learn how to water ski. for kayaking, water skiing and wake boarding. In the winter the house is only a 10 minute drive to newly expanded Catamount Mountain Ski and Aerial Park, and 30 minutes to Ski Butternut. A short walk to Copake Lake Golf and Country Club's The Greens Restaurant and bar. It is open year round. It had been complete renovated in 2023.
