Wifi, DirecTV with premium movie channels, blue-ray dvd player with library of dvds. Guest access May use the lower backyard with shared gas grill, front porch area with 2 chairs and basement laundry area. Other things to note Please note we require a lease agreement to be signed/dated. We also require our guests to be at least 30 years old (unless children whom are accompanied by an adult).
