It has 4 bedrooms with A/C, 5 full bathrooms, dining room for 12 people, breakfast bar, chairs and table on the terrace, common room and TV, access to 2 pools and 1 tennis court. Andreas´s villa is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, in front of the TOP restaurants of Cancun and a few minutes from the best shopping malls, beautiful marinas and the "Party Center Cancun". The space Andrea's villa is elegant, beautiful, quite spacious, decorated with silver bath pieces, love and good taste. It has 4 bedrooms, which are distributed as follows: 1. Main room: 1 king size bed, full bathroom and terrace. 2. Room: 2 double beds, armchair, full bathroom and balcony. 3. Room: 2 double beds and full bathroom. 4. Bedroom: 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed and full bathroom - living room - table - dining room - breakfast bar - A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. - A TV room - A laundry room - 2 pools - A tennis court - Parking - 24/7 security security. It also has an umbrella and beach chairs, as well as an icebox to use during your stay. They are provided with a set of towels (face, hands, body, feet and pool) in each of the 5 bathrooms. Guest access The villas have 24/7 security, access to the pools, as well as the tennis court, the schedules are from 9 am to 9 pm, they will have their own pair of keys and only you, your family and friends will be able to access the villa. We are 2 minutes walk from the door of the villa to Playa Ballenas, considered one of the best beaches in Cancun, you will also have at your disposal the best restaurants of Mexican, Italian, Argentine, Greek, Japanese, Mediterranean food among others more as well as supermarkets and shopping centers to be able to make your purchases. We have several marinas around us and if you would like information for yacht charter, excursions and more you will also have access to this information. The bus stop is right on the corner of the villas, just a 2-minute walk from the villa's door.
