Exceptional place, Le Clos de la Corbie welcomes you 1 hr 40 min from Paris, 20 min from Honfleur and 30 min from Deauville. This real 5ha postcard property in Normandy with its many outbuildings offers you a cocooning, nature and chic stay. Have fun around the foosball table, ping pong table or on the tennis court for the more sporty, or go for a walk from the property. Peaceful valley not suitable for parties. The space Enjoy the impressive volumes of this old mill with its living room of more than 70 m² where you will relax in the club sofas at the corner of the huge fireplace, the 3 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom, "topchef" kitchen and dining room that will take you back to the 17th century. The large living room has two 160cm convertible sofas with very comfortable mattresses, as well as a private wardrobe. Opaque curtains make it easy to turn it into a room for the night if needed. Guest access You will be the only tenants during your stay in the property and will stay in the old mill, the largest of the 3 houses present on the site. You will be able to fully enjoy the 5 ha of the property during your stay and meet, if you wish, the many animals we host. As a true gentleman farmer, you will be invited to take care of the chickens by looking for fresh eggs every day, and to visit sheep or calves who are always interested in new travelers... Wild ducks are also ubiquitous and help create animation and a bucolic atmosphere. Often unforgettable experiences for children and parents alike! The cottage (shown in the aerial photo) is part of the property and we can sometimes stay there with my wife and 2 children. It is not intended to be rented and is separated by a hedge from the other houses which allows us to respect everyone's privacy when we are present. I'm usually there on Wednesdays to look after the property. You will also be able to meet from time to time maintenance staff, gardeners in particular, but who will always be able to respect your stay. For the more active or fit, you will also have access to the gym located in the farmhouse adjoining the mill. Other things to note The cleaning fee shown also includes the laundry fee as we provide linens and towels and of course the beds will be made upon your arrival.
