The Witton can host up to 8 single guests, in their own bed! This holiday house is in the most perfect location - the river road boat ramp is literally around the corner, the Yacht Club, Chinaman's Island, The Sebel, The Black Bull Golf Club, and the waterfront boardwalk, are all so close. Please note the new Vic State Gov 7.5% tax is applicable to all bookings. The space There is so much to love about this home. There are 4 bedrooms, and 3 of the 4 king beds can split into singles. Sleeping a maximum of 10 guests (on the divans). Please Note - The Witton is currently advertised For Sale, hence why the bookings calendar is only open 2 months in advance. (a one off pet fee applies) - please discuss this at the time of your reservation. This is a great family house. There are puzzles and games for the kids. We want the kids to be entertained, so the parents can relax, and switch into a restful and relaxing holiday mode.!There is a second TV/lounge room that can help keep the children entertained and a third TV in the master bedroom. In addition there is a secure grassed area for the young ones to play. The open plan living and dining seamlessly blend to the poolside al fresco. There are outdoor fans and remote-control alfresco blinds for the summer, and outdoor heaters for the winter. The sparkling in-ground pool is salt chlorinated, has a self-cleaning system, heat pump and retractable and turn-able pool umbrella. The pool is pump heated to 28 (spring and summer)! The double garage is a very good size, and the driveway has been extended to offer off street parking for the boat.
