Welcome to fabulous Fair Oaks, CA! Our home has been newly renovated and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. Upstairs features a large, vaulted ceiling game room complete with a pool table and tons of space for fun! Our kitchen has seating for 10, making cooking with your family and friends a breeze. Furthermore, please note that our outdoor areas are subject to natural environmental factors, which may attract insects and affect the condition of outdoor furniture. Despite regular maintenance, natural weather conditions can cause unavoidable wear and tear to outdoor elements. We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. Guest access Surveillance-We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house. Please take note of our cancelation policy, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance. Other things to note Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest. Please note that there is NO hot tub and the pool is NOT HEATED. Please note, the FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL. The fireplace CANNOT be used. Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
